What if my order arrives damaged or is faulty?

We apologize if your item arrives damaged or faulty! If this happens, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. Please email us at admin@noseydogs.com.auwith your order number and photos of the damaged or faulty item.

How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at admin@noseydogs.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a description of the item and issue.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
